After several successful years in commercial real estate, Stacy formed her own company establishing Milburn Commercial Partners, LLC in January 2019. At MCP, Stacy continues to pursue her mission of offering invaluable full service commercial real estate expertise. MCP strives to become the ‘real estate arm” of their clients’ business by focusing intently on their unique real estate goals not only at the present time but as their organization grows. Emphasizing building professional relationships, not just transactions, is what sets MCP apart from other firms.

Prior to establishing MCP, Stacy spent over a decade at Millridge Commercial Real Estate and served as Broker in Charge for six years and as the Director of Real Estate for her last three years. During her time at Millridge, Stacy oversaw and mentored other commercial brokers.

Stacy brings to the table extensive experience in both brokerage and leasing in several product types.  However, her main focus and specialization is investment sales which includes multifamily, warehouse and office investments. Her CCIM education and resources allow her to perform the following for her clients:

  • Discounted Cash Flow Analysis
  • Disposition Analysis over a determined hold period
  • Measurement of Investment Performance both before and after tax
  • Sale vs. Lease scenarios
  • Market Analysis including cap rate, vacancy rate, and rental rate comparisons
  • Extensive demographic analysis including gap
